Shipping and Delivery Times

We work with international suppliers from the United States, Europe, and Asia to always ensure the best price and quality! Our suppliers will send your product directly from the factory to you. The delivery time will be between 10 to 25 business days.

If there are customs delays and the order is held in Brazil, this time until release does not count as delivery time. We take care to choose suppliers who, in addition to price and quality, also expedite shipping time.

After the stipulated period, we recommend that you contact the postal service to clarify the reason for the delay. If the postal service does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers.

If it is confirmed that there is a logistics problem with your order, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase immediately after these verification steps.

The tracking code for your purchase will be sent by email between 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed. If your order was made using the Bank Slip option, the time between payment and bank clearance can take up to 5 business days.
